Synopsis

Afghanistan's elite fighting force, the Afghan Army's Special Operations Command, celebrates a special moment in the command's history, as the unit transitions from a division into a corps, which will eventually nearly double the numbers of Afghanistan's premier fighting force. Over the next 4 years under the command of the Afghan National Defense Security Forces, the number of Commandos will increase from 12,000 to 23,000.
